I have done the same thing as before, changed the layout etc around to see what i thought looks the best, it is obvious what i have changed from the first mock up, so to gain further insight into how the product looked, i got my peers to evaluate it.
evaluation:
- the image of the couple hugging looks very dated and doesnt suit the mood of the chosen song
- i prefer the layout of the first mock up because it is unconventionally placed but it looks effective.

After recieving the feedback, i experimented with the layout, pictures and colours of the cover to see which looked the best.
I then gave people my blog address so that they could look at my mock ups and email me any things which they think i could improve further.
Improvements:
- the fade of the picture on mock up 4 is too obvious, it makes the image look circular rather than blending in with the black background.
- mock up 2 looks the peoples hair look too orange, it looks unrealistic.
- the bottom of the image on mock up 3 looks too plain, maybe move the writing back to the bottom.

I have printed images of my first CD mock up and used them to gain feedback off my peers. I gained positive feedback but also constructive feedback which i will use to adjust my mock ups and finally create my final product.
Positive feedback:
- colour red looks effective, but it looks to obviously fake
- good use of fonts
- successful layout
Changes:
- the colour of the image makes the people look distorted
- play about the the layout and different images to improve the overall appearance.
