Final Poster - Using my own images

This is my final poster to include with the digipack. The mock up i decided to base my poster around had a wintery image and a bench, which i definately wanted on my final poster because it looked very effective. I went to knypersley pool, one of the locations also used for filming, took several pictures of a bench. I then decided on the final one which has been used for the poster. It is a close up of a bench on a winters day but also a long shot of showy fields and trees. I thought this was i good choice of scene because it looks like a romantic location and the colour white(of the snow) also ties in with the main colour scheme of the digipack; red, white and black.

In my mock ups i faded the image and put and red fade in the background so that it ties in with the song name. But after taking my pictures and trying to edit them in the same way, i realised that it didnt work as well as i'd hoped. So, after doing many different techniques to add red to the background, i decided that it was best to leave the red out of it and just have bits of the writing left. This makes the overall poster look more professional and less amateur.
